Default Seat belt light and sound

Hello,

i have a friend with a 91 integra ls, and he has sparco seat belts installed, now how do we get that annoying stock seat belt light to turn off and stop beeping? what do i do?

Just unplug the only wire that attaches to the bottom of the seat. You'll probably have to take the four bolts out and remove the seat to do it. The light and beep obviously won't work at all if you unplug it though.

but there is racing seats in the car now, the plug is unplugged.

Open up the passenger kick panel. There will be a metal box with 2 wire harnesses connected to it, that box is the auto seat belt control box. I just unplugged one of the harnesses.

When i installed my Sparco and removed my passenger seat, i opened up the panels where the auto belt motors were and unplugged the motors. The seatbelt light and beeping didnt happen, but then one day i hit this huge bump REALLY hard, and my seatbelt light started blinking non stop. So i just unplugged one of the harnesses to the control box and that solved it.

No problemo... I hate those auto belts, i dunno how many times i accidently choked myself reaching inside the window to turn off the car
