Well its been a long week ordering parts for my tranny rebuild. The problem was caused by a part number change over done by the dealership and its warehouses. Since I had to go through this I figured I would share the info with other ppl. There are 2 part numbers for the 90-91 ls cable tranny 3rd gear synchro, one of the numbers has an E00 in the number, That is the incorrect part (doesnt fit at all)I believe it will fit a gsr cable tranny though. The correct part number is 23623-ps1-315 it is listed in there catalog but it is assumed to be an old number. Hope this helps someone.
