my moonroof was unuseable for about 1.5 years because it wouldn't open. I was determined to fix it the other night and did via manual crank. So it opens and closes fine. The problem now is that the right rear side of the glass remains lifted a bit when the moonroof is fully closed. What could be causing this to happen? I tried looking in between the moonroof and couldn't see anything obvious.

 

maybe one of the arms got bent, or maybe theres some debris keeping it from closing?

The height adjustment on each of the 4 corners of the sunroof is simply to loosen the bolts, move the glass up or down, re-tighten. That is, if there's nothing stuck or bent in the mechanism...
