Turbo on a 75k mile engine

check your compression to be sure its ok to start
do a tune up with some fresh cooler plugs and whatnot
then turbo it and enjoy... given you run a decent tune you should be happpily boosting.
btw I had just about 80k on my motor when I started boosting, and she loves it.

As far as any other parts you might need a full turbo kit has pretty much everything for low amounts of boost. As long as you stay in the 6 psi range you won't have to play too much with alternate tuning systems, larger fuel pumps, etc. But if you plan on more boost go in the Forced Induction forum and look around at the rides and what they have done to them, such as forged pistons, larger fuel injectors, hondata, etc.
