They have a lot of information about all the different types of VTEC motors and transmissions. If you want to get to 200 HP (or very close to it) without doing a lot of engine work, you could swap in a B18C5 motor. The engine codes are going to be a little different since you are in Europe, but it is the motor found in the Integra Type R.
You will need custom driveaxles, custom engine mounts, and you will have to do a few other modifications to your car and your engine wiring to get it to work. But it is not too hard. What kind of budget do you have, or have much money do you have to spend?
EDIT: also you should try doing a "search" and type in the following in the search window. Also make sure you select just the "EF" forum and look in both "current" and "archived" posts

heh... sorry to tell you this but a full swap of the c5 cost nearly $4,500 - $6,000 ... and that is not including labor...

since you got the money... i would recommend that you look into Poorman's ITR... its not that i am calling you a Poorman (no offense) ... but basically this is a frankensin ITR VTEC engine that you put together... its half or more half the price of the ITR (b18c5) swap ... this basically of what i know.. you get the full b16a1 or a2 swap which runs $1,500 - $2,500 then you basically look for a b18c1 block ( i dont really remember which one... but i am pretty sure that its this block)and then sell your b16 block which goes pretty decent to someone looking for one...
(damnit im confused that is what you get for couple hours of sleep.... need help completing this info)

The B18C5 or Integra Type R motor is not the cheapest way, but it is the easiest and fastest way to get to you 200 WHP goal. If the B18C5 is to expensive you could get a B18C1. That is a US Integra GSR, bit I'm not sure what the European code is, I think it is an Sir-G though. You could do some headwork (cylinder head), like a port and polish, camshafts and cam gears and an ECU.
Another option is a "CRVTEC", if you are not familiar with it do a search on Honda-Tech for "CRVTEC". If you are not familiar with what this is, it is a hybrid motor. Basically you get a VTEC head (B18C, B16) and you put it on a modified 2.0L Honda CRV engine block. You'll probably get more power then a stock B18C AND the motor wont cost as much. However, you need to make sure that the person making your CRVTEC block does it correctly. If they do a bad job, you may have problems in the future.
