this guy is selling his 90 crx si for $1500 but why so less souldint it be around 3g or something i could tell its not bone stock it has coilovers 16inch rims on it no corner lights . whats the important thing to check before buying this rex?of course the engine duh ,,, whats the highst mileage can a rex have?
hell a Rex can have 500K+ miles. but hell If the motor and trans keeps on being swaped. What else can really go bad??? suspension??? interior? who F-ing knows. hell, My DX has 177K mile, and that **** takes a beeting 5 hours a day non stop. and it keeps on going. Hondas are ment to be driven. 1500 is Damn cheep for an SI. I dont know how much they go for in Cali, but in FL. Every one and there mom would be all over one. I saw a EF go for 3k, it was for sale 3 days.

check for rust and frame damage (what you can tell just by sight atleast)........if the body is good for rust (minimal) most other things can be replaced relatively cheaply (drive train, interior, some body pannels)......that is assuming you do the work yourself....
