Well the day started off horrible. Lost the $40 dollars I got from the bank for the track. Had to bum money off a friend. The tire pressure gauge I brought could not be found anywhere in my car.
Ran a 15.83 at 87mph with a 2.47 60'. Pretty much disappointed all around with my first experience at the strip. I ran my tires at around 28psi (not sure, couldn't find the guage
) I'll be going to the strip every wed till I am in the low 15's...
I felt a little better when another 5th gen ran a 15.9
Which is horrible hehe
Oh I forgot to mention the conditions were pretty rough. 104 degrees and 25% humidity

The first time I went to the track I looked like a fool, the second I looked like an idiot, the third time I kept redlighting... It took me a while but after much practice I was able to hit 1.8 60ft (slicks) and 13.6 wit reaction times of .5's and .7's
So don't feel bad just keep trying.
