Default turbo question

Is there anyway that i can keep my stock radiator when turbo charging a b16a in a crx? if there is I would like to know which manifold and turbo were used, any info will help. Tried searching, but i didn't find exactly what i was looking for.

yes,but you will have to cut out a bit of your bumper support, and slide it forward a bit

The answer could vary greatly depending on tubo size, maifold, wastegate placement, do you still have the ac fan and so on.

The manifolds that will work for you will be like the InlinePro Cast SS, RevHard Cast, Log style, something that is small basically.

The turbo size matter alot, to make life easier I would not recommend any bigger then an E compressor housing. The fans has to be mounted infront of the Rad instead of the usually place.

IMO I would go with the InlinePro manifold cause it's SS, or a little cheaper RevHard like mine. This will let you keep the full size radiator.

Now if you want to keep A/C.....well that is another story.

Hope this helps. There are many turbo CRX with B-series motor that retained their full size Rad. The Search button will come up with more results.
