hey guys I was wondering if anyone knows this guy personally? I had Over nighted him 120 bucks for a used Moroso Oil pan 2 weeks or so ago, Well he said he sent it, No tracking #. So I dont see him online for a while and finally a week goes by and he pops up, I was like hey man whats the good word? he replies with he had sent the Pan and it had sent to the Wrong Addy, Kinda sketchy but he upologized and said it would be out monday, Well monday comes No word or tracking number in my Email box like he said there was gonna be, Tuesday night comes and hes signed on, I send him an IM. No reply, So I simply said, Hey man IF you would please send me a Tracking number via This IM screen Id really appreciat it, So I headed off to bed. I sent to sleep, and awoke this morning hoping to track my final peice of the Equation to boost. Nothing, Im very worried That I may be getting scammed, HE had vouches we talked for about a week b4 the deal went down seemed Straight, hell im even on his vouch list in his sig. Anyways im deffinitly not calling this guy a scammer yet? I just like to be kept in the loop just like everyone else in my shoes would want, So fred if you see this please just get ahold of me, I mean I sent you a postal money order bro it would be very stupid on your part to ruin your rep and get burnt legally for 120 bucks, Im truly and sincerly sorry if this seems insulting beleive me its not ment to be, I have just been burned like 3 times via doing web trasactions, so please sympathize with me on that note and get with me. Thanx alot HT and if anyone from El paso knows Fred please tell him to give me a holla.

nah its not like that, I mean I relize **** happens and what not but I just wanna be kept in the loop, I mean he could say Man Im sorry I just dont have the money to have it shipped or something and we could go from there, ya know. I mean its not a hard thing to do, I mean I have spent thousands upon thousands via the H boards and for the most part . its **** like this that makes me think twice and it shouldn't be that way.

I realize he has a bad rep on another forum but i can vouch for him on H-T. I bought a turbo kit off of him for $1500 back in April. Got it in less than a week. He even offered to do the transaction COD and I didnt even have to ask. Turbo kit was in immaculate condition too. I dont know what is going on with your transaction but mine went smoothly. I HATE it when people say give him time because you shouldnt be left in the dark and if you need to pursue other avenues...go ahead BUT at the same time I have payed people EXTRA money for delivery confirmation AND tracking so they wouldnt have to eat it from their shipped price and quite a few times I have never received tracking numbers. So do what you have to do.

 

tru that, im not downing the guy at all, I just want whats rightfully mine and know whats going on, I dont know bout you guys but around here money damn sure dont grow on trees, trying to make a living and go fast is a hard one to juggle. Please Fred, get with me I see that your online but you dont return my messages??

ug... people get sloppy. **** like this happens, just gotta take your gains/losses, i was waiting 3 months for my sleeved d16 to be shipped.. nothing, no contact, nothing.. i took a plane 8 states away with 2 of my friends. drove home in a 96 hatchback sold to me for $20. Shrug.. just gotta put people in there place.

 

I think I remember reading your post about that-- man you lucked out. That was probably the best post I've ever read on here lol.

Well I spoke with Fred last night Via AIM and he said it was shipped out last week, he said he has the tracking number and will track it monday when he goes back to work. He then said if anything goes wrong he will refund the 100% money and all will be good.

 

he was probably waiting for a replacment oil pan or something basic like that and did'nt just come out with it - I've known alot of sellers like that, I don't know why but as soon as they order something they put up there old stuff, sell it and then have to wait for the other part which usually takes longer

Well thats cool that you finally got ahold of him. Seems kinda weird that he didnt give you the tracking number so YOU can track it too,but then again maybe he has it @ work.

I just got scammed too and it sure dont feel good to lose money. I lost a little bit less than you have but still $ is $. I hate ******* scammers if you cant do a simple transaction than dont do it.
