I work at discount tire, and actually all these tires suck

Falken Ziex 205 50 15 ZE-512 /220 shipped

Hankook Radial K106 205/40/17 /250 shipped

yokohama parada spec 2 205/45/16 /349 shipped

Falken Azenis Sport 215/45/16 /435 shipped

the azenis are the only decent ones, the rest of them dont hook for crap, and the paradas cup really bad.

If you want a good tire, it all depends on what you want it for, atuo x , drag, comfort, rain,

I run kumho's on my car, mx, for daily and vicoto racers( awesome tire) for autox and track

Doral SDL's (im not kidding on this).

Not very many people have heard of Dorals, but i have them on my blackies for my DA and they grip sooo nice. I had them on my old CRX too, so good i bought them for my DA

Pretty damn cheap too, and the 14's are the best ones.

Don't forget companies dont just make one tire, theres different lines of tires in different companies. That was the most onesided/opinionated/closed minded comment.

I have had several different tires on my car (97 Integra) in different sizes and for daily driving/occasional auto-x, my favorite tires of all time have to be the Pirelli P700Z. Too bad they don't make them anymore though. The Kumho 712s grip well and seem to have decent tire life and are cheap. Unless you are saying what application you are looking for, it's hard to say which tire is the 'best'

BFG G-Force T/A KD's.....the KDW's suck comparitvely...let there be no mistaking it.

And Bridgestone Potenza s03's

The s03's will have better wet traction throughout the tire's life by far, but the KD's have nicer dry traction. Being that I drive my car every day however...I went with the s03's.

I use to think about the too expensive thing........but now after taking a chance on spending a little loot on the potenza s03, I'll never worry about that again.
It's definitely worth it

....even if you can buy just two at a time..........just move the older ones to the back when you get the second set of two

It's the fact that if you spend the money on some nice tires...they'll take 40-50+ turns well. A landslide of difference.

I was running some old shitty pirellis....and with the s03's...my entire suspension setup feels better and more responsive.
