Why are my ITR springs so bouncy??
I have never ridden in an ITR, but I did install the suspension (LCAs, Swaybar, Springs and Struts).
I have found that my ride is VERY bumpy. Even worse than other guys who have stock struts and Eibach proline's in their vehicle...is something wrong here? I doubt the ITR was meant to ride so rough!

Would bounce be attributed to the stock or the spring? I always thought that it was the spring that was responsible for bounce.
Anyways, if it is the case that the springs are frozen, how can I test for it without removing the entire assembly?

I'm still unsure what you mean by "bouncy."
To me, "bouncy" implies underdamped... For example, your springs are overpowering your shocks, and causing the body to oscillate after hitting a bump. It would feel uncontrolled and disturbing.
"Firm" is what I would call a tighter, well-damped suspension. It would transmit road shock much more harshly, but the body motions would be very controlled. This is what a well-tuned sport suspension would give you.
Do either of these describe your situtation?
I've never ridden in an ITR either, but my GSR got much "firmer" when I had Koni springs and yellow adjustable shocks installed. Of course, I can adjust the firmness with the shocks.

a frozen shock can disallow suspension travel, and actually cause the tire to lose contact with the road. it's a much different feeling than that of a firm suspension. a car with a firm suspension will still handle well, a car with a frozen shock most definitely, will not.
