You wouldn't get jack for all/most of those parts if you are going to a dealer. You would have to find someone with an S2k willing to trade for an RSX which I think would be tough. Sell it for what you can and buy a used s2k, you can find them for 17-22k. I would sell the aftermarket parts and then sell the car, you should be close to having enough for a used one.

Agreed. Sell the aftermarket or you can find a private buyer to buy it with the mods..but good luck

 

Sell the aftermarket parts, put it back to stock, sell the car to a private buyer (or carmax if you're in a hurry), then use all the cash you've come up with for a down payment. You may try taking the car (once back to stock) to the dealer, and use it as a haggling tool, but that can get annoying if they won't offer you enough.

 

Sell all of your aftermarket parts and bring your RSX back to stock.

Do not trade it in, but instead sell it private party. If you trade it in the dealer will most likely give you about 60%-70% of its WHOLESALE value.

this guy next door got an RSX right after we got our S2000!? 4 months later... parts are already rollin in! you will love the S2000! hopefully...

 

dont trade in your car. the dealership was gonna give me 10 g's to trade my car in for a tsx. they said it was gonna cost like 4 to 5 thousand to put the car back to stock. its not worth trading in a car. you lose hella money
