Default timing belt question

ok Im almost finish my collection of parts for my mini me swap, But I wanted to know the big difference between my d16a6 timing belt and the d16z6 timing. what im planning on doing is swapping the head with the z6 head gasket, then take my car to the shop and have them change the timing belt, cause I dont have an impact to take off the bolt holding the crank pulley on and I dont think I can stick a screw driver down there to stop the pulley from spinning.
If ya got some advice or knowledge please let me know,
Thanx
