Dual Stage Intake???
Do you mean the dual runner intake manifold of the GSR?
If so, the dual runner means that the intake manifold opens up a secondary portion of the manifold at a certain rpm in order for better flow at higher rpm.
The advantage is good velocity of flow at low rpm and good flow high rpm.
The disadvantage is that it cannot flow as much at high rpm as the single runner design of the ITR
