Well, the S2000 system is a dual. Do you mean just the muffler? I don't think it would give much performance gain at all, if any..

well, the S2000 exhaust system is a dual exhaust system. the rsx exhaust system is single. do you really think its gonna just bolt in? it could work if you wanted it to. you'd have to weld brackets to the unibody in the right places. get your hangers and everything situated. the exhaust would probably hang really low, so it would scrape on just about every speed bump and large pothole, among other obstacles in the road. i don't think you'd get many gains out of it, and there isn't a notch in the bottom of the rear bumper on both sides for the exhaust tip, so for it to look halfway decent, the bumper would have to be cut on the driver's side to make room for the tip to be level with the tip on the passenger's side. and if you cut the bumper, it actually would not look very decent most likely.

if you're not after performance, but you just want a different/neat look for your rsx, and you want it to look professional and sorta stock, it probably wouldn't be such a bad idea. i think it could be pulled off and still look good.

My rsx exhaust has been stolen and I got a S2000 for free and I was wondering if I could use it without hurting my motor like choking it or something else

you can use the canister (twin loop design), but you'll need to route piping to it that does not split into two portions.
