JDM headlight question

I just received a set of used JDM headlights. It looks as if a layer if peeling off the lenses. Anything I can do to fix that? Thank

try sanding it with fine sandpaper and then use plastic polisher to remove the haze. or you can use wheel wax to remove the haze
