If you're buying ITB's for looks it's the wrong reason.

Jenveys for the gsr head, I beleive they are the only ones that make an appropriate manifold that follow the port entry angle of a p72 casting.

Well first before you are thinking about purchasing your itb's you have to consider what motor set up you are going to run, ie: cams, pistons, headwork, stroke etc. Then from there you can pick a nice set up of itb's that will work with what horsepower rate you are trying to get, Most people think that putting itb's on a All motor car will create a large amount of power...this is not true, if your set up cant provide efficiency for the motor to opperate with itb's then you'll pretty much end up de-tuning your motor. Kinda catch my drift? Anyways, the only itb's that I would use are the TWM induction itb's, because they have a larger variety of diameters that will fit my motor best...
-Oh yea one main thing i forgot to add, you need a decent engine managment system, without this you mind as well walk becuase your car is gonna run like ****!

Note* this is not my motor setup, just a friends

Quality is second to none. The older versions of the TWMs had sticky throttle. Supposily the newer ones are alot better. Just image if the throttle got stuck at WOT during a dyno or even on the street. Its all preference. Both make good power.

What do you mean by a decent engine management? I ran mines with a chipped ECU and Apex Vafc. Had no problems runs fine . It all depends on the tuner . Good tuning is always a must!

I am currently getting a set up in at Modacar. I had issues with the Hondata it would not read the tps sensor for ****. I woudl stay at 26% all day long and Casey tried everything and i mean everything. We even called Doug over at hondata and give St00pid a call and they didnt know what was going on. All i can say is that if you plan to get ITBS get ready to spend some serious money. I bought the ITB's used off Modacar for about 900 and now I have to buy a AEM EMS because its the only thing that reads the tps without a problem. So there goes another 1500 in to my car. DOnt get ITBS cuz you think its cool or is going ot make you mad power. If i were to do it agian i wouldnt get itbs at all.

BTW the noise that they make is hella dope.....

Did you try a different ecu? sounds like a wiring harness issue or ecu prob..What tps? On my Jenveys I can only get 82% at wot , but I have an idea why now and will try to fix it this weekend.

Heres a pic to add to the collection.

I used 2 different hondata ecus and it read at 26 percent when off the throttle and when on it. I then pluged the wires from the throttle position sensor (tps) directly from the ecu and it still did the same thing. I pluged in my stock ecu and it worked but was at 68% at wot. Then i out in a AEM EMS and it worked fine. No one could figure out what it was.
