Default PO141 bank 1 sensor 2?

I put a new exhaust on my 5gen. lude and had to cut off the 3 bolts at the cat. with a torch(98 model original exhaust) because they were stuck on there. But when I started up the car I instantly threw this code. I have a obd2 hand held diagnostic and it read," 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction...bank1 sensor 2, PO141." What does this actually mean? Its kinda obvious that I screwed up the sensor but just wanted to see if someone could explain it to me in a little more detail. Cuz its blowin carbon out all over the back of my car. Bank 1? Sensor 2?

that means, your secondary o2 sensor went bye bye. There should have been a sensor plugged into your cat, that would be your problem. You may have damaged a wire or the actual sensor itself. check the wires, and if need be replace the sensor. You should be fine after that. I got a secondary o2 CEL right now as well, but because i ripped mine out
