Default A few questions about OEM parts

First is the oil pressure switch, mine has a small leak and i wanted to replace whatever washers/seals it has. I checked San leandro and all i could find was # 35 in this diagram.

Here
is a direct link to the parts # 35 brings up.

Which one do i need? Or do i need this part at all? Is there a washer between the block and the switch?

Next up i have a leak on the intermediate shaft seal, I wanted to make sure this the part i need. It is leaking from the tranny housing. Its # 15 in the diagram.

Here
is a direct link to the part # 15 brings up.

Is this the part i need?

TIA

Note to Self:
Here is the oil pan gasket i need to order as well

I added that so when i order the others, I don't forget the gasket.
