most likely because it has an airbag in it...i don't know of any aftermarket wheels that have that...

why not get a hub and release wheel, so you can take it off and use that as a sec. feature..
any Local shop can stitch you red lettering. dont waste money for a cosmetic look

I agree with the responses above. That seems like an awful lot of money for something that you already have that is fully functional. I wouldn't waste the time or the money....
