I need help on header and exhaust. I like the header from Mugen, Jun, Spoon and I like the exhaust from Mugen, Jun, Apex N1, Tanabe. But I need help on header and exhaust which one is the best for a 2001 ITR. Other header and exhaust will be ok too may be. The car will be a All motor or Turbo may be Superchange. But All motor is the first on my list than the Turbo. If there is Dyno on the header and exhaust out that I can see it will be great.

you should decide first which route to go cause if you are going turbo dont waste money on a header and if you go SC you can get a kamikaze header. If you are going all motor SMS or hytech is the way to go!

 

According to ppl's driving impression, Spoon header will be one of your option. Spoon offers very good mid-range and hi rpm power which u can have a piece made up for replacing the cat-convertor or to run a test pipe.

For exhaust, the original ITR flows pretty good already so if you go a bigger diameter exhaust tou will only benefit at the high-rpm ranges. I think you might consider of change the muffler to maintain street driving throttle response and low-rpm torque.
