AC/heater not turning on

AC/heater not turning on
i have a ek hatch and ac/heater doesn't work anymore. when i try to turn it on so the blower box could blow air out, nothing happens. my defroster doesn't work either. i check the fuse and its all good. does anyone know waht is wrong with it?
