Center Console Gets Hot!
I don't understand why it gets hot, however there are a few things I noticed about it.
1. The center console (Shifter Area) gets warm/hot when the windows are down. Even an inch down on the driver side, and all the way up on the passenger side will make the console warm.
2. All windows up and closed, the console does not get warm or hot. It is cool.
3. I leave the vents on cool. When I open the windows, the air is cool. Close the windows, the air coming through the vents. It happens instantly, when you open the windows down (warm), and then up (cold)
Any ideas why it does this? Get's annoying, as I leave all my windows open at night, and the console is emmitting lots of heat.

it shouldn't be all that drastic.. but...
yeah, when you have windows open more air flows into the car in other areas, such as vents, and any opens holes, it could be the reason why... equalizing the pressure and such.
