94 Civic DX...need correct order for spark plug wire connections to distributor?????
I accidentally disconnected the spark plug wires going to my distributor, and now I have no idea which one of the 4 wires goes where...If anyone out there has a 94 civic I would greatly appreciate your help. I would do trial and error but I am not sure if this would cause some serious damage to the car.
The best way to give me the info is to look at the distributor as a clock with cables connected at 3, 6, 9 & 12 o' clock. So you can just tell me which "time" is connected to which spark plug number( numbered 1-4 from left to right)
For example, you could say 3 o'clock on the distributor is connected to spark plug #2.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

He means starting at top left pole.
Facing the distributor, 1 is top left. 2 is bottom left. 3 is top right. 4 is bottom right.

but i guess in your clock example:
12 is plug 1
3 is plug 3
6 is plug 4
9 is plug 2
12 is plug 1
3 is plug 3
6 is plug 4
9 is plug 2

No I don't.
3 4
1 2
is what it would look like if you were looking right at the distributor. Your order is correct, but 90 degrees off at the distributor.
