diy paint

what are the steps in painting an itr wing? sand down..then primer..then paint? after that clearcoat?

paint with primer...allow it to dry light sand...little more primer...paint...paint..then clearcoat...and one more clearcoat for the hell of it...

thats the way I used to paint my old hb's mid wing

I hope not...used a sprayer and compressor...

with a can you can get mixed results moreso cause the stock tip
sucks..I had some from my graffiti days (tips) and they had a larger coverage area,
therefore less likely to see spray pattern...but that was for a bond-oh! (sp?

) body job on my dads clunker
