Default 99Si B16A2 into 96 coupe, need help

My boy and I are doing our first swap on my 96 civic coupe (euro spec, 1.6 sohc, non-vtec, ex luxuries) on Friday. I have all the mounts, axles and drive shaft, tranny, wiring harness and ecu.

how hard is it to run the wiring harness? i am sure my boy and i can do the swap, he is a DSM guy and is a knowledgeable mechanic, but the wiring worries him?

will my stock exhaust work for the mean time? will the CAI that came with the motor line up in my car? ( i am pretty sure it will, they were both in coupes)

Well DSM is different from JDM. It wouldnt be too hard since you've got the B16a2 motor the only prob you gonna run into is the wiring. If i were you i would buy a conversion harness that will allow you to run the obd2b ecu in a obd2a ecu setup. You shouldnt run into that much problems because your swaping obd2 into obd2.
