they are not the exact same but they will fit , i have itr carpet in my eg6 and it pretty much went right in , the only thing i noticed that was diff. was the legnth under the dash and seat attatchment hole for the back seat

and the sides that fold over the door jam. those tabs are not the same. i had 94 ls carpet in mine but then i took it back out for off road purposes.
