Default cp pistons rings with je pistons

i ordered je 9to1 stock bore pistons.
they sent me cp piston rings with it. i just want to know if it will work.

Rings are rings. Most likely they weren't even made by cp.

Just make sure to properly gap the rings and check ring to ringland clearance.

What makes you think they are CP rings? CP does not make rings and if they did, CP is probably the last place JE would buy them from.

i got rings and the box says cp. so i am assuming cp made them.
i need my question answered.

Yes they will work,just file fit them and check for correct clearances, and you will be o.k.

i used je rings with cp pistons so u shouldn't have a problem the other way around. rings are rings
