If you guys want the JDM ITR look, get the amber bulbs from autozone, and then get a red sharpie and put two or three coats on it...makes for some JDM red/amber goodness

Using the colored bulbs is the ghetto way to do this. I can show you the true way to make your DA cluster look OEM, where the gauges light up amber but the odometer and trip meter are still lit up with white light. Simply changing the color of the bulbs look nothing like OEM. OEM gauges are orange and not amber.
Here is what mine looks like:

Notice in the second pic the odometer and trip meter are not lit up orange
Also, you can see how it exactly matches the OEM color of my 00 Civic Si CD player.

HMMMMMMMMM....now that i think about it, do I really want everyone to have a nice OEM looking cluster like mine
I'll try to see if I have my old cluster so I can take pics to outline the process. Without pics, it would be near impossible to explain. It's a really time consuming and difficult process, and I had my old LS cluster to practice on. One mistake and your gauge cluster could be toast. The proces involves manipulating the gauge itself, and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH CHANGING THE COLOR OF THE BULBS.
If I try to explain it in words and no pics, you guys will end up with fuel and temp gauges that don't work right
EDIT: I really only want to show DA owners how to do this because there are no "amber" clusters available for the DA Integra. DC Integra owners need to buy ITR clusters if they want this look.
Stop being cheap
