I was wondering have anyone done a Y8 intake manifold swap on a D15 engine?

On the d15 IM it had more sensor then a Y8 IM. PLease help If anyone had done it before !

Does this work or not? how much better is the Y8 mani than the stock D15?

 

i wanna know as well, i have a y8 sitting at my house ready to be dropped in

 

I put a y7 manifold onto a d15b8 Don't know if that helps

 

actually that's my dislexia talking it was a b8 onto a y7

 

is the y7 similair to y8, there seems to a few extra vacuum ports and sensors on y8 compared to b7

 

if you can get a y7 onto a car and work, then the y8 will work too. they are the same...just sensors are in diff. location...TB is kinda upside down or something from the y8. but it works. y8 is better than the y7 do a search...it tells the reason why (i cant think of the words)
