Clutch engage point
My ITR clutch is OK, the car gears perfectly, the clutch works as it should.
But I noticed one thing: when going about 60-80kph (40-60mph) to the turn on the 3rd/4th gear and want to down shift to 2nd, I put it in the 2nd gear and as soon as I move the clutch pedal from the ground, the car jerks itself, it seems like the clutch connects fully in the first 0.5inch of the pedal move. No noises, it just connects sooner than in normal conditions and it looks like it connects fully, not gradually.
In normal conditions (speeding up and gearing, downshifting in slower RPM etc), the clutch feels normal to me.
Is this normal?

its time you learned to rev match.
of course the car is going to jerk if you just down shift and let go the clutch, no matter how slow.
you will just accomplish 3 things by not revmatching:
1) glazing a clutch
2) putting a hell of a load on the motor
3) uNF$@#! your syncros

No, it has nothing to do with revmach. I know what are you talking about, but this is not the case. The carr really fels like it engages the clutch in a moment, not gradually.

I think you don't have a stock clutch disc, that's why it's not so gradually..
No, it has nothing to do with revmach. I know what are you talking about, but this is not the case. The carr really fels like it engages the clutch in a moment, not gradually.

I think you don't have a stock clutch disc, that's why it's not so gradually..

The motor will raise it's speed from 3000 to 6000 GRADUALLY, I tried it milion times

Simply, the position of the clutch pedal, where the clutch connects hard in this downshift, doesn't correspond to the connecting position under normal speeding etc. In this downshift, you release the pedal let's say 0.5inch, nothing happens, then you release it 0.1inch more and it connects the tranny immediatelly with a big jerk, not gradually.

This is possible, I don't know. I will take some pics when I will drop my tranny again
