you guys scared me for a bit. Its not a p28. After some research I found this:

and now mine:

It is a p72 but its chipped, no big deal since I paid 20 bucks less than the chipped ones and this ecu is going to be socketed for uberdata anyway
That was a cloooooose call

Shrug
Im not scared to be wrong, but everything matches up from the p72 pictured.
The differences between the p28 and p72 are very noticeable, and this isnt a p28, so i dont know why you guys think it is
It can be either a p72, p74 or p75.

the ff squad pic shows the kncok sensor board peeled back (top right hand corner of the ecu)......your ecu doesnt have that. I also see that your ecu harness plugs from the inside of the ecu doesnt have its lable (bar code sticker).......
I noticed the peeled sticker, and thats what got me suspicious.
It has the same board as the p75, pictured here:

Both have the "04" stamped on the right hand side and share the same locations of all the resitors/capacitors.
It looks like the seller installed some things to make it look like the p72. I am filing a complaint with paypal and hopefully I can get my money back

Okay, I filed a complaint with paypal and ebay.
And, I just put it in my prelude and the CEL light was on, but everything seemed fine, VTEC still engaged - so does that mean this is infact a p72? I dont get it, if its a p75 aka Acura Integra LS ecu, why would vtec still engage if it didnt "know" it was there?

i know, that your aware its not ap72. but jus as an info for the future.
p72,p30,p61 on the top have the knock sensor board. the screw is removed and its pulled to the side to take a picture. look to the right of the pic. you will see it.
the one you have on the buttom does not have the knock sensor board. so at best its a chipped p28

From the 332 on the MPU you can tell it's a P75. And there should be electrical tape over the eprom window, so it doesn't get erased...
Name the seller, so we can all be aware, thank you.
