Default welding turbo stuff.

im planning to buy a mig welder to weld together myself a DIY manifold. will the mig be good enough to help me make a manifold. or would i have to go tig? i just started taking some welding class at school. dont flame me :s. btw, which kind of steel would be best for a manifold?

MIG would be perfectly fine.

use stainless steel and a trimix for gas.

321 16 ga. stainless steel will be just fine.

I would use a TIG but if not mig is ok
