I sent him 1300 for a type r tranny on friday and my fiance got very sick over the weekend and she just had a kidney transplant in may so this is very serious, So I asked brian when he got the money if he could send it back because I need to make sure her medical bills are paid for. it's not a regular check, it's a money order. if his fiance really is in that situation, i think you should return it.

 

um if your shred it, wouldn't he not get his money back. to me thats a little harsh, oh well you guys need to work some sort of arrangement out. shredding up a money order won't do both parties any good, and its fucked up because there is no reinbursement on that money order, its not a check y0.

wow..thats ****** ***** man..sure he flaked on you but he sent you a MONEY ORDER not a personal check..he wont be able too get the 1300 back if you shred it thought u were a good seller?

If you kept your reciept for the Money order you can go report it lost and the company that produced the money order will place a stop payment on it and refund you the money once they have verified it was not cashed.

as i stated in the above post. i had intended to send it back earlier today. but since he decided to bring everyone on ht involve with his problems again. i intend to shred it. i didn't intend to keep the check or nothing. he says there's a fee for him trying to recover the money with his receipt. and he needs the check back to recover the money. what makes u think he would even settle for $100 loss or anything? i told others the trannie was sold cuz of him. i held out for him. but only get bitchslap by him at the end......i could have sold it to someone else. maybe i needed the money for solving my own problems too? but once again i dont need to post up sniffling about my problems or ask for handouts.
