Ran a search but didn't find anything related to my question. Anyways, are the 96 ITR 4-2-1 headers exactly similar to the CTR's?

 

4-2-1 are not a worthy upgrade unless you found it cheap!!

 

Yeah, got it for a fair enough price. Less than a hundred bucks.

 

Should of gotten a 4-1

 

i got the type r 4-1 headers from steve at hmo for $350. he didn't charge me shipping cause i bought an engine too.

 

Yeap, 4-1 would definitely be better, but 4-2-1 would do for now.
So, are the two the same - ITR 4-2-1 and CTR 4-2-1?

yes they are. the 96 spec itr engines got the 4-2-1 headers and the 98 spec itr's got the 4-1 headers
