This looks like an HPDE and not a race. Am I correct?

Was this in your screemin':

"LS V-TEC TURBO
10.84 @ 133 MPH
DAILY DRIVEN STREET CAR
526 HP 380 TQ"

????

If so, now I understand why you're pulling everyone out of the corners... good corner speed too compared to the other dudes.

Cobra... pass em, pass em.
Mustang... nice late apex, drag race... looks like he stayed wide for you... nice driver.

What track?

Thanks for sharing the video.

Were gloves not required? It was practice and they did not require them that day , it was a couple of practice laps.

This is our road race car , it is a different car. This car has an H22 all-motor car with 215 whp and 173 tq with bolt ons. Yea it was a really good race that day but now we have alot more power and we almost lap that guy. This track is Hallett Racing Circuit in Oklahoma , here is a link to their site :

Yeah, what's up with that?

Nice vid. Good driving.

Also, seems like the gearing in that is damn near perfect for that circuit.

Just to let you know, "bumping" is not allowed in this forum I believe. Also, what other info do you need? NASA and SCCA are going to be your best bets for wheel-to-wheel competition roadracing.

What shell is this in? The thing looks like it accelerates like a golf cart w/ a small block chevy in it.

I think so too. Not knocking the driving but no way an eg hatch does Hallett clockwise in that time.

Have you seen us run out there ? What times do you think we are running ? I do not see no where that states what lap times we were doing. By the way , our best lap time has been a 1:23 , why is that not possible ?

The video would be MUCH funner to watch if it was not so choppy! Compress it differently so the quality is much better!

You should come out and race with us in NASA Honda Challenge. The Texas Chapter had an event running Hallett CCW a couple of weekends ago. I would have loved to seen your car run. Here is a video of the standing start of the first race on Sunday Aug 15th.

The Video

Here is NASA Texas website which shows we have an event at Texas World Speedway Sept 25th-26th.

Whats up Alex? Did you get my PM's about Mid-Ohio last month? We really need to talk sometime and get you guys a rule book and see if the car can be made (or is already) H1 legal and see what it can do against some other Honda Challenge H1 cars! Too bad you couldn't make it to Mid Ohio, that race weekend single-handedly made me want to dump the D16 for something bigger and badder... drool. I don't think my wallet could handle it though, I better stick to ITA/H4 for now.

What's up Pony- did you never make it out to a COMMA event last year when Humble was running that hatch every month? I know 1:23's seem insane, but I saw at least 1:24 on mylaps.com from last season, so I don't doubt it.

And I believe it's a quicker Euro Accord-R H23 motor this year, right Alex? Anyhow, hit me up on PM and we can chat. Here is the Honda Challenge rule book, unfortunately not a lot of NASA near us. (aside from that one Texas HC race a couple weekends ago, and there were no H1 cars)
