Default In search of the best engine cleaner

I was wondering if anyone has had any good luck with any specific cleaners for their engine compartment. Many cleaners I've tried just attract more dirt it seems. If anyone has used anything good, please let me know.

You can also look at target or walmart as well.

Just be sure to dilute it since it comes in concentrate form

In the Corps we use simple green (or bleach) to clean any and everything.
