Since I currently have budget coilovers,

could I switch the springs that are currently on my coilovers

and swap them for the springs used in Ground Controls, I think they are called Eibach ERS springs?

So could it be done?

 

if they fit on the perch...sure.

but if you are taking apart the assembly anyway to swap em out....why not swap the whole unit??

Yea you can change the springs to ERS springs. You just have to make sure the inner diameter of the spring is either 2.25 or 2.50 inches. Skunk2/ Ractive/ Weapon R/ all use 2.50 inner diameter springs. ERS springs come in either 2.25 or 2.50 ID. Sleeves are sleeves whether ground control or ractive.

How do you find out the inner diameter?

I paid like almost $200 for 2

I have 2 300lbs springs if you want they are brand new never used(the springs in the pic. I'll sell them for $50(for the 2)
