ITR rear calipers vs GSR calipers?
I had the fronts side by side when I was trying to do my conversion, and the piston is the exact same size between the GSR and ITR. The ITR caliper is physically bigger, but for the most part it's done to make up the size difference in the rotor, which is 1" larger.
Rear I'm not too sure of.

I'd guess yes since the size is different yet again:
Fronts RS, GS, LS, GSR:
Ventilated, 10.3 in (262 mm) diameter
Type R:
Ventilated, 11.1 in (282 mm) diameter, 0.98 in (25 mm) rotor thickness
Rears RS, GS, LS, GSR:
Solid, 9.4 in (239 mm) diameter
Type-R:
Solid 10.2 in (260 mm) diameter, 0.39 in (10 mm) rotor thickness
