I NEED A CAT AND A HEAT SHEILD

I need a catalytic convert, i dont care performance or not as long as it will pass emissions in viriginia. must be real, but i really need it plz. And i need a heatsheild for gsr headers thanks

when the hell did they start doing emissions test here in va?
