2 ITR spottings in DC/VA

One last night at Mario's Pizza. CW, dropped LOW, tints, no front emblem or plate.

The other a few days ago - Black, dropped equally low, black Spoons/Rotas. Either GA or DEL plate. Driving along L Street in front of my building at 22nd & L. Either one of these cars owned by someone here?

i always secretly enjoy itr sightings...maybe because they are so rare where i live.

being an itr owner, i just feel a certain affinity with other itr owners, something like a torch we all carry that burns the same way
