okay, is this guy a scammer? its been 2 days since my payment cleared, and no replies at all.

so far its been 6 days, it took 3 days for my money to clear on paypal and its been 3 days since it cleared, he replied once saying he was sending it out three days ago and I would receive a confirmation number in my e-mail, and that never happened and he hasnt replied since. If this guy is a scammer, thats not cool it was just $25... he must need money back, but if he doesnt reply soon im going to have to contact paypal

 

I'll give him until monday to reply, if not could you please?

whoa there, relax man..keep in mind h-t is not my primary job. your payment cleared on the 19th. i have a tracking number for your item being shipped on 8/19/2004. why dont you try checking your email. seriously, scamming someone for $25 just doesnt seem worth it to me. thanks for your business though. to everyone else, yea ask some other cats from NORTH HOLLYWOOD that know me, we'll get this resolved. Yea, the white GS-R w/ jdm parts..you can also catch me at the circuit city in glendale. Everything is sold out. Cept for the money order for you ieatrice.

paypal says payment cleared the 16th, and you just sent me the e-mail with tracking number today, the 22nd...

*edit* and the tracking number info tells me this:

lol relax, the address is unverified i dont know why, but I am a verified member so dont start talking wreckless man. All im saying is when you sell things, you should stay in contact with the person and not just only when the person starts to really bother you. You cant deny that you didnt speak to me for 4 days, but anyway thank you for the sidemarkers.

 

I'm sorry then for not keeping in contact w/ you since you sent payment on the 16th. i figured you knew it would clear the 19th, so i didnt see a reason to talk to you everyday about that. I sent it out the very next day.....which brings us to the 4th day. Stop bringing down my credibility. i've sold stuff on h-t and other forums that were significantly higher in value w/o any hiccups, so when it comes down to the actual $19 i may have "made" from you, you can rest assured you are getting your item. ask some of the board members from g2ic. If you still feel you need this resolved, then contact member YOUR MAMA, he said he has some friends in my area. I've got some friends too, so i guess we can see how far u wanna take this $20.

 

nah man im not bringing you credibility down im just saying, I was in the dark about everything because paypal told me the payment cleared the 16th, but you said it cleared the 19th, so thats what I was confused about. No problems any more though
