supercharger stalling problem

supercharger stalling problem
I just rebuilt my 95 gsr motor, and reinstalled my jackson supercharger, now at ramdom when I come to a complete stop my car stalls. sometimes I trip a code 22
when I rebuilt the motor its pretty much stock, but I did have the head port & polished.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE, ANY IDEAS WHERE TO START.
