Default who can fab this: swaybar mount bearing

Here is a conceptual drawing of what I want.
This is the passenger-side swaybar mounting bracket. I will of course want a corresponding driver's side mount.

Basically I want a ball bearing, like a tiny wheel bearing or skate board wheel bearing, the inside diameter being the OD of the swaybar. The mounting hardware needs to be fairly strong as to resist flex under load, and it will look similar to the Progress swaybar mounting brackets so that the subframe doesn't tear out. The dimensions will be determined by the surface of the subframe where it mounts. My car is an EG.

This is what the Progress swaybar mounts look like:
I will want three mounting points cuz I want to include the LCA pivot bolt.

I see them, but I'm not sure what they are. Just a bushing, right? I want a bearing.

how you gonna slide the bearing onto the sway bar? The bearing might not beable to slide onto the bar with the bends in it.

Bar will be slid into the bearings and then custom bent.

Or I'll just use a straight bar with seperate arms. Haven't decided yet.

Yeah, looks to me like pillow blocks are the way to go. You can purchase them through Grainger, McMaster Carr, MSC Industrial, or any given Industrial supplier in just about any metric or standard ID you can think of.

Use the pillow blocks its a lighter more reliable mount + its cheap

If you wat the bearing mount you can buy them already made as I believe they make them for small drive shaft mounts for industrial stuff.

why would you want to use a bearing? go to http://www.jerrybickel.com and look at their sway bar kit maybe that will give you a good idea of what your looking for. this kit wont work its the only pic i can give you off hand to help you in your project!
