Default 350 in a Prelude

I know this sounds stupid but i have a 96 prelude and i love it. I just got another thats wrecked with no motor for another project car. I happen to have a 350 layin around the house how hard would it be to combine them other than the rear end, drive shaft, and cutting the fire wall for the transmission.
