Default ITR manifold on b16 JDM SIRII vs b16 stock manifold

I have a JDM B16 SIRII motor with stock throttle body/manifold and also have a spare ITR manifold. If i swap the ITR manifold is it a direct swap i searched and some say its a direct swap and others say you need idle valve and gsr fuel rail for the swap is that true?

thanks

well b16 is better than type R manifold on low/mid range and type R is better for mid/high range and better for built engines from the research.
I want to know if the stock b16 fuel rails are good enough for the type r manifold or if i will run into problems later on thanks

the R man is fine the rail and injectors will fit. you might not have to use those spacers however. as for the IACV I think the jdm one might not bolt on. you will need a 92-95 civic one or 94-LS. also I believe you need a different Throttle cable and bracket.
