Default Overheat Problem

I'm getting overheat problems as the title states...

Only overheats going uphill for a while, or driving freeway then coming to idle at stops...once it starts overheating the car bogs down in first gear like theres no torque...if I turn on the heater the temp goes down of course...

Thermostat isn't the problem...I've taken it out...and ran without it...fans are on...since I ghetto rigged them to a switch...

Fans isn't the problem...ghetto rigged switch...

Radiator isn't the problem...was replaced...also no leaks within the system...pressurized system...

Radiator cap isn't the problem...swapped 2 different ones...from Accords that don't overheat....

Checked timing...vacumn lines...sensors...

Only thing that I haven't replaced is the waterpump...but both myself and the mechanic think its working...we see coolant circulate throughout the system fine...and revving up the car at idle after overheating drops the temp so basically the coolant is flowing more and waterpump working...

Not the headgasket either...leakdown test was done...

Any ideas??? =\

Just a thought, but have you checked the condition of the plugs? Are they the right type?
