I purchased a 91 honda accord not running, was told it had a bad motor. Puchased a 93 accord and swapped motors. Swapped the intake manifold as well as the fuel injection and the distributor off the 91 to the93 motor. The car would turn over but there is no spark or fuel from the pump. i purchased a new disrtbutor, didn't help. Notced the check engine lite did not momentarily come on when turning on the key. I installed a new ecu, which also did not help. It has power to the distributor. but nothing coming out to the plugs. I also put in a new cap, rotor and plugs. The 93 motor ran great in the other car. I am baffled! I also checked the contol relay. It showed it was good with the tests the book showed me. I jumped over one part and I got the fuel pump to work.
