need help with wings west kit

need help with wings west kit
I recently bought a 91 crx si and the skirt that goes on the door pannel is coming off. it was held togther with the double sidded tape and i dont want to use that again. is there a good adhesive i can buy at a auto parts store? If so i need some advice.

thie would work given that your just putting it on and wand to plug the rivet holes and repaint over that. but sence you already got it like that at its been like that a while. im sure its painted.
