Default D16a6 to ZC

new to the scene and am looking for a motor swap for my 89 crx si. From my understanding if you have a 88-91 ZC it will be OBD-0. and the d16a6 is OBD-0. so the only thing i should need other than the ZC is the correct ECU and its a dirrect bolt in correct?

Both the SOHCZC and DOHCZC are basically bolt-ons. They both use the stock mount locations, and since you have an Si you can keep your stock ecu. But its recommended to upgrade to an 88-89 integra Ecu for a more aggressive fuel map. Both DOHCZC and SOHCZC motors can have your stock A/C system attatched. - Darrell

The site sit220 listed will answer most of your questions. The one thing that isn't covered there that I ran into with the swap was the flywheel. If you are going to use an Si clutch kit, you'll have to use your Si flywheel. The ZC flywheel is the same diameter however the mounting points for the clutch pressure plate are about an inch smaller in diameter on the ZC flywheel. If you use the ZC flywheel I have read some where that you will have to use the 89 Civic DX clutch kit. I haven't tried that so I don't know positively, but I can attest to the Si flywheel and clutch kit fitting.

The other questions you had on the distributor wiring and header are on the dmoore site. The wiring is simply, you just remove 2 of the wires and extend them to the cam angle sensor. Here's the link for the wiring diagram

alright thank you! One last question if anyone can help me out. If i wanted to run a lightweight flywheel for the street say anywhere from 10 to 12 pound would a non high performance clutch with a street disc be ok? or do i have to run something along the lines of a centerforce dual friction or A.C.T.?
